If you have an open ticket with our support team you may be asked to send in log files to help troubleshoot and pinpoint your issue.
Open windows file explorer, or your start menu and type:
%localappdata%\yakisoba
hit enter, and a window should pop up with a "Saved" folder inside of it. next you will want to zip the entire Saved folder as a copy and send that, you can use a free tool such as 7Zip to accomplish this as well.
